The real saddness here is the misuse of the magic of "Incorporation" . The Elites of our world..seek to control by naming things..and incorporating them. If a city is NOT incorporated...then the city or village's destiny would be determined by the collective birthcharts of the people who live there. The charts would Sum up..and because of so many chart..the city would be SAFE..because if one chart is in danger..there are 20 that are fine to offset the manifestation of disaster.
But..since all cities are incorporated...there should be an astrologer in each city..watching the chart for danger. If I had been watching this chart and had to power to do this..I would have ordered the immediate renaming and rebirthing of this city. I feel that it is irresponsible to incorporate a city (taking away its safety from numbers)..and then leaving it to twist in the wind with no astrologer to check on the transits..
So here is the incorporation chart of Paradise California..and the transits are from November 12th 2018...the after math..so I will pull the Nov 8th transits..but what would have moved in this time is the moon, mercury and the houses.
The MC..is where we look for a famous event..and we would expect to see a FIRE planet..but no..we see a GOVERNMENT planet =Saturn

To me ..Saturn (the Government) sitting on this star..gives the exact picture of military airplanes with energy weapons, starting fire from on high. The Government has been busted for energy weapon fires against Californians before..burning building so intensely that the bathtub and fireplace melt..but the shrubs and trees in the yard are fine.
We are all familiar with the lies about the burning of the Twin Towers..and this is the MO of our cowardly government. (I speak of the dark state, not the elected officials ..though they may be in on this as well)
Alright..well this is a theory based on actual military weapons, past events, and the astrology, but its a theory because these planes fly to high to be photographed ruining cities..and we also don't know the burn pattern of Paradise..although even if the burn pattern makes more sense..could it not be attributed to that the goverment learned how to make energy weapon fire..look more natural..
but off my soap box..and onto the other transits.
